Bonus, overtime and other necessary calculation, Final settlement calculation for resigned, dismissal & termination.
Salary account open within month for new joining employee’s.
Follow-up by daily production efficiency and incentive accuracy.
Salary survey twice in a year June & December.
Follow-up working hour limit.
Follow-up Insurance MetLife / Bio Metrics (BKMEA).
