Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for day-to-day management of the MD’s calendar and activities to ensure high value time utilization of the MD in relationship to external and internal requirements. Brief/update the MD on upcoming meetings and ongoing obligations.
∎ Responsible for the timely preparation and presentation of materials for key external and internal meetings involving the MD.
∎ Drafts documents or conducts research to further MD’s work in program and or development;
∎ Reviews MDs email communications and assists in providing timely responses to inquiries sent to MD.
∎ Works with Technical, Business Development and Communications teams to prepare MD for external meetings, presentations and events and ensures timely follow up of all action items.
∎ Organizes MD’s travel arrangements and prepares expense reports.
∎ Prepares memos and relevant updates for MD on outstanding projects, identifies issues, develops contingencies and suggests remedies.
∎ Assists with or manages special projects which may include PR, securing high profile speaking engagements, annual reports, or specific personnel and organizational development initiatives.
∎ Provides regular operating status reports to MD as needed, assisting the MD during operational reviews through follow up on assigned performance tasks and deadlines.
∎ Supports the MD in dealing with confidential or sensitive organizational matters.
∎ Collaborates with MD to foster a success-oriented, positive, high integrity organizational culture.
∎ Works to support the Senior Management Team and provide assistance as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ A Bachelor’s Degree is required. Minimum 4 - 5 years’ experience is required as executive assistant to MD or other C-level position.
∎ Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, flexible, with demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively present and execute on innovative ideas. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Outstanding grammar and proofreading skills.
∎ Strong sense of accountability, integrity and ability to handle highly visible responsibilities.
∎ Ability to take initiative and act independently.
∎ Able to handle stressful situations with measured calmness and decisiveness.
∎ Guided by exceptional common sense, maturity, discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
∎ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
