Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating new corporate/ industrial or group customers to meet the sales target.
∎ Meet the objectives and targets of the sales and Marketing Department.
∎ Must have leadership qualities, be proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative, and result-oriented.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ To find out the performance gap of non achievers and guide them to achieve the target.
∎ To ensure that every sales individual creates their customer database and thus to create a corporate customer
∎ Evaluate customer feedback to understand customer satisfaction and find out the points where customers are not satisfied and take the strong initiative to stop the repetition of the same error.
∎ Prepare daily work (report as well as a closing) report and submit to the management.
∎ To create a strong database and be able to handle it independently.
∎ To prepare a Monthly target vs. achievement report based on the collection of his team.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants who have extensive Sales & marketing experience will get preference.
∎ Candidates with 03-04 years of proactive experience in Marketing & Sales Function with at least 3 years of experience in similar position
∎ The candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills
∎ Smart, dynamic & result-oriented
∎ Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
∎ High proficiency in computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Spreadsheet) and Software management.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure,
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with all levels within/outside the company
∎ Willing to travel all over Bangladesh
∎ Candidates having experience in Group of Companies or any other multinational company will get an advantage.
