Customer Care Executive (Only Female)

Experience: 1 year in telesales/customer service is preferred.

Excellent communication and convincing skills over the phone

Maintain communication with customers via mobile calls and messages.

Provide support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Build and nurture strong customer relationships through effective communication.

Provided timely support and resolved inquiries to ensure a positive experience.

Any other task assigned by the management.
