Educational Requirements:
∎ Deputy Controller of Examinations: 1st class Master's degree. At least 7 years' experience as Assistant Controller of Exams OR 2 years as Deputy Controller of Examinations in any Private / Public University.
∎
∎ Asst. Controller of Examinations: 1st class Master's degree. At least 5 years of relevant experience (candidates without relevant experience need not apply).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all aspects of examinations and assessments, the processing of grades and publication of results based on PU policy, regulations and procedures.
∎ To provide accurate and timely information on examination and assessment regulations, policies and procedures.
∎ Make all the necessary arrangements to distribute the original certificates and mark sheets to graduates
∎ Providing transcript issuance related information to the students.
∎ Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of students' academic records.
∎ Liaising with authorities keeping records of all official documents/ minutes/ agenda etc.
∎ Prepare and present the summary report for the Academic Council.
∎ Monitoring invigilation duties during examinations and maintain the security of examinations and assessments and process disciplinary cases
∎ Coordinating with schools and administration department for conducting exams.
∎ Process academic probation, students' absentee report, makeup exams, semester drop and course drop activities.
∎ Managing records of alumni and drop outs.
∎ Manage various academic systems such as credit transfer or waiver, academic standing & honors requirements
∎ Deal with transfer equivalencies and department changes and any other procedures as required
∎ Managing physical record of results and examination answer books with respective class information.
∎ Assisting with specialized assignments, new initiatives and other duties as assigned.
