∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed public/private university/institution.
∎ Skills Required: ESTIMATE, Fire Hydrant system, Plumbing BOQ, Plumbing Design
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fire Safety System Designing, Plumbing BOQ
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Real Estate, Developer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare detailed drawing of Plumbing drainage system, water supply, rain water disposal for residential & commercial building.
∎ Prepare detailed drawing of Basement drainage & Gas supply system.
∎ Prepare the fire safety plan for fire Department approval.
∎ Prepare detailed drawing of Fire Fighting System.
∎ Need to Co-ordinate with Architects & structural Engineers or related expert for preparation of design Drawing.
∎ Prepare Detail Estimation & BOQ for Plumbing & Fire Fighting system.
∎ Need to deliver drawing within the time frame.
∎ Supervision & Monitoring of Plumbing & Fire Fighting works at site.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have 5-7 years of experience in construction & Real Estate Sector in similar position.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skill is must.
Salary: Negotiable
