Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Strategic HR policy, Procedures & Guidelines in compliance with local laws & regulations and ensure its implementation
∎ Face social compliance audit from top international buyers including adidas, VF Asia, Uniqlo etc.
∎ Plan, communicate and implement corrective action plans.
∎ Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
∎ Human resource planning
∎ Ensure employees health-hygiene, safety and welfare.
∎ Ensure effective and efficient functioning of all HR functions including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation, industrial relationship, welfare, work environment safety and compliance etc.
Salary: Negotiable
