∎ Age at least 40 years·
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Minimum 12-15 years' experience and minimum 03 years' experience at the same position (Preferable in Real Estate/Developer Company)·
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CivilConstruction, Maintenance, Accounts, Marketing & Sales, Logistics, Operation & Administration.
∎ Must have literacy in computer operation and especially on designing & drafting.
∎ Must be very fluent both speaking & writing in English.
∎ Age at least 40 years·
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To plan, coordinate, organize and control of marketing, administration, logistics & other works which are essential for the company.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of sales & Acquisition of Land for joint venture development.
∎ To manage and administer effectively all the company matters.
∎ Responsible for the technical issues, supervision & site constructions processes.Should have professional behavior, honesty & Integrity.
∎ Able to cope with high work pressure & bear work responsibility smoothly.
∎ Take full responsibility to run the projects and on time handover.
∎ Provide constant guidance to all department heads, conduct daily, weekly meeting to track productivity and budget.
∎ Adequate knowledge on RAJUK (DMDP) approval matters, especially calculation of land properties, registration rules, Floor Area Ratio (FAR), Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and other legal issues etc.
∎ Monitoring of safety measures at site, Project merchandising & branding, own workforce Productivity (Profit/loss) and materials inventory control at every month.
∎ Sound Knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).Monitoring and guiding of project in-charge for proper implementation of project works and performing regular projects visit to ensure excellent quality of product, on time handover within limited budget and to make solution of the pending decisions.
∎ Knowledge of Construction Management Works such as Land Development, Pile Works, Building Construction & Finishing Works.
∎ Time to time present all reports to the MD & ED.
∎ Commitment to continue for at least 2 years.Monitoring build progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality.
∎ Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing market trends.Maintain proper customer relationship with potential and existing clients.
∎ Supporting and managing a marketing team.Monitor, control and utilization of site materials and worker activities.
∎ To implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement of real estate business.
∎ Ensure employees/worker smooth working environment.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
