Job Context

StaffedSpaces provides European and international companies with their own AI-trained team in a real, fully equipped office in Narail. Every team member uses AI tools as a core part of their daily work.

We are hiring people who can either run online marketing or create the graphics and videos that marketing needs. You can apply for one of two tracks:

• Track A, Digital Marketing: run Google and Meta ads, social media and SEO for our clients.

• Track B, Creative Content: design social media graphics and ad creatives, and edit short videos.

Strong skills in one track are enough. Skills in both are a bonus.

Job Responsibilities

Track A, Digital Marketing:

• Plan, schedule and publish social media content

• Set up, run and optimise Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns

• Do basic SEO: keyword research, on-page updates, blog articles

• Track results and prepare simple performance reports

Track B, Creative Content:

• Design social media posts, banners and ad creatives

• Edit short videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) for clients

• Keep all designs in line with each client's brand style

Both tracks:

• Use AI tools for ideas, captions, images and editing

• Communicate clearly in English with clients and the team

Educational Requirements

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Fine Arts or Multimedia is a plus, but not required. A strong portfolio counts just as much.

Experience Requirements

• Freshers are encouraged to apply if their English is strong

• Experience in digital marketing, social media, graphic design or video editing is a plus
