Handle the complete book production process, from manuscript typing and composition to layout design and final print-ready files.

Type, format, and arrange Bangla and English content for educational books, IELTS materials, and other publications.

Understand content requirements and develop appropriate publication layouts using Adobe InDesign as the primary tool.

Design book covers, chapter layouts, tables, illustrations, and other visual elements using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Maintain consistent typography, headings, spacing, alignment, and page numbering throughout each publication.

Collaborate with content writers, editors, and R&D teams to produce accurate, well-organized educational materials.

Review composed pages, incorporate editorial corrections, and resolve formatting and layout issues before publication.

Prepare and check final PDFs, ensuring correct margins, bleed, image resolution, and other printing requirements.

Research international publications and adapt relevant design concepts to improve readability and visual quality.

Coordinate with printing vendors to resolve production issues and ensure the final output meets approved specifications.

Organize source files, fonts, images, and publication versions for future updates and reprints.

Manage multiple publication projects and complete assigned work within agreed deadlines.
