Job Purpose

To create engaging, high-quality, and performance-driven visual content for MYRO’s e-commerce and digital marketing campaigns by producing compelling short-form videos, product videos, social media creatives, advertisements, and promotional graphics that strengthen brand visibility, capture audience attention, and drive engagement, conversions, and sales across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form videos, Reels, promotional videos, product videos, and other video content for social media and e-commerce campaigns

• Develop high-converting video creatives using strong visual hooks, storytelling, trending formats, and platform-specific content strategies

• Design eye-catching social media banners, advertisement creatives, promotional graphics, campaign visuals, and video thumbnails

• Edit and enhance product and marketing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

• Create professional graphic designs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator while maintaining MYRO’s visual identity and brand guidelines

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on campaign objectives, target audience, products, and current social media trends

• Apply basic color grading, audio matching, transitions, motion graphics, text animation, and other post-production techniques to improve video quality

• Continuously research and apply emerging social media trends, creative formats, visual styles, hooks, and content trends relevant to e-commerce brands

• Optimize video and graphic content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms according to platform requirements

• Create multiple creative variations for advertisements and campaigns to support A/B testing and performance optimization

• Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, Sales, and E-commerce teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative assets within deadlines

• Review creative performance and incorporate insights from engagement, CTR, conversion, and other campaign metrics to improve future content

• Maintain organized project files, source files, templates, and creative assets for efficient future use

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Working knowledge of CapCut and Canva for fast-paced digital content production

• Strong ability to create trendy, engaging, and conversion-focused short-form videos

• Strong understanding of visual hooks, social media trends, audience attention patterns, and e-commerce content

• Good understanding of basic color grading, audio matching, transitions, motion graphics, and video composition.

• Strong creative sense with an eye for typography, composition, layout, color, and visual storytelling

• Ability to create attention-grabbing social media banners, ad creatives, thumbnails, and promotional graphics

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously

• Strong understanding of e-commerce creative optimization and performance-driven content
