Job Context:
∎ Are you a highly creative individual, with a startup mindset, ready to work on multiple SaaS applications and able to build and lead a digital marketing team from scratch? Look no further! We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.
∎ It is a remote permanent position, working from home. However, the customers and partners are based in the UK, Europe and the USA and a virtual team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate and implement a marketing plan for multiple SaaS applications from scratch
∎ Build a marketing team and nurture them for their career advancement
∎ Social media plan (including graphics and short videos)
∎ Various content writing (news, email campaigns, blogs etc.)
∎ Digital campaigns
∎ Ensure our marketing activities and presence are in line with various international events
∎ Set up and optimise company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content
∎ Running reports and gathering key business intelligence
∎ SEO
∎ Create banners, images, promotions, etc. to be displayed on the website, social media, and email marketing.
∎ Attend virtual international conferences or presentations.
∎ Work with our partners or customers for joint marketing activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Adaptable to working from home and collaborating with a virtual team. You are highly creative with an analytical mind coupled with strong attention to detail and research skills.
∎ Four plus years of professional experience in a SaaS or an online platform.
∎ Effective oral and written communication skills in English and can confidently communicate with native English speakers within large or small audiences.
∎ Successfully managed social media channels and paid online campaigns
∎ Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads
∎ Ability to create graphics for social media including short videos
∎ Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in relevant field
∎ Strong organisational skills including multitasking and attention to detail
∎ Cross-cultural inclusivity and adaptation
∎ Research and analytical skills

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 55000 (Monthly)
