Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Digital Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
∎ SEM activities in managing PPC campaigns with Google
∎ Managing FB pages and Campaigns including engagement & lead generation.
∎ Design, build and maintain our social media presence & create campaigns to engage and increase fan base
∎ Collaborate with external agencies to plan and execute digital campaigns
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
∎ Any other assignments as assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 02 years experience in the relevant field, basis of Job Description.
∎ Experienced with reputed digital marketing agency is preferable.
∎ Proven working experience in digital marketing
∎ Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
∎ Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
∎ Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
∎ Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
∎ Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, Web Trends)
∎ Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns
∎ Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
