Plant Operator

Ekonex Block & Tiles Manufacturing Factory , located in Mirsarai, Chattogram, is a reputed Block & Tiles manufacturing company seeking an experienced Plant Operator with practical experience in Real Estate, Construction, Block Factory, or Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) Projects.

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Operate and monitor block manufacturing plant and production machinery safely and efficiently.

• Operate block-making machines, batching/mixing systems, conveyors, hoppers, feeders, and related equipment.

• Ensure proper feeding and proportioning of raw materials such as cement, sand, stone dust, aggregate, and water as per production requirements.

• Monitor the complete production process to ensure continuous and smooth operation of the plant.

• Maintain required production quantity and product quality according to approved specifications.

• Monitor machine performance and immediately report any abnormality, breakdown, or technical problem to the Maintenance/Engineering team.

• Perform routine inspection and basic operational maintenance of plant and machinery.

• Maintain daily production records, machine operation logs, material consumption records, and downtime reports.

• Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient utilization of raw materials.

• Coordinate with Production, Store, Mechanical, and Electrical teams for uninterrupted production.

• Ensure proper cleaning and housekeeping of the plant, machinery, and surrounding work area.

• Follow all workplace, machinery, electrical, and occupational safety procedures.

• Ensure safe handling and operation of machinery and immediately report unsafe conditions.

• Assist maintenance personnel during machine servicing, adjustment, and troubleshooting when required.

• Maintain proper shift handover and communicate production or machine-related issues to the next shift/operator.

• Perform any other duties related to plant operation and production as assigned by management.
