∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Automobile, Hospital, Hotel, Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Takes overall responsibility for maintenance of kitchen & Laundry machineries
∎ Works for the development of current and upcoming projects including installation & commissioning of new machines.
∎ Plans and supervises schedule maintenance, operation and management of process machinery, Utility machinery and HVAC machinery.
∎ Reports to Chief Engineer for all sorts technical issues related to Maintenance & utility services.
∎ Maintains record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specification, modification & development of new projects.
∎ Coordinates with procurement department for estimation, requisition placement of the required materials.
∎ Supervises of erection and commissioning of machinery.
∎ Forecasts spare parts planning to achieve maximum output of machines and to reduce breakdown timing and equipment failures
∎ Exchanges views with local / expatriate consultants/vendors to solve different problems
∎ Conducts machine setup, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance service
∎ Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standard procedures; complying with codes and legal regulations
∎ Assesses safety and environmental issues to prepare for compliances as required
∎ Supervises and monitors the engineering and technical staff
∎ Installs, maintains, and enhances electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, and wiring
∎ Inspects, tests, and diagnoses issues with electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning
∎ Performs all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, blueprints, and standards
∎ Involves in Operation, Maintenance & Development work of Electrical Substations
∎ Designs of control panel and power distribution box
∎ Should have knowledge about inverter, control mechanism and maintenance
∎ Monitors all types motor, pumps cheek and maintenance of house/industrial wiring works
∎ Checks the repair and maintenance of all electrical distribution and switching systems
∎ Undertakes repair and maintenance tasks as instructed by the supervisor
∎ Takes actions for troubleshooting and making timely repairs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge about PLC related software and all PLC related accessories
