Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates having BBA/ MBA (major in finance or accounting) and B.Com/ M.Com in Accounting with good CGPA from reputed public or private universities are encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & filing of all vouchers i.e Receipts & Payment, Maintain Journal voucher, Cash Book, General Ledger and posting in accounting software.
∎ To prepare sales, procurement & inventory report.
∎ To maintain daily financial transactions through cash & cheques.
∎ To check various bills.
∎ Perform day to day banking business and liaise with bank and carry out necessary correspondence.
∎ To maintain the monthly salary & wages payment.
∎ To prepare financial statements, cash flow statements & bank reconciliations.
∎ Cash management & disbursement.
∎ Carry out VAT/TAX-related activities
∎ To perform sourcing and procurement activities of construction and other materials for the company
∎ To verify requisitions of materials from different projects.
∎ To maintain proper documentation related to procurement.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Management time to time.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Minimum 1 year & fresh candidate can apply.
∎ Proficiency in written English.
∎ Computer skills in MS Word, Excel etc.
∎ Operation of Tally software is preferred.
∎ Typing skill both English & Bangla.
Salary: Negotiable
