∎ Reports To: Head of Administration
∎ Job Summary: Abahani Limited is seeking an efficient and dedicated Executive for the Administration Department at the Sheikh Kamal Krira Complex. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the complex`s administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years` experience and be a graduate from a reputable public or private university. Proficiency in both Bangla and English typing, as well as a strong command of Microsoft Excel, is essential.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Office Management: Manage and maintain the administrative office, ensuring it is organized and fully equipped.
∎ Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
∎ 2. Document Control: Handle the creation, filing, and retrieval of documents and records.
∎ Ensure that all official documents are kept secure and well-organized.
∎ 3. Communication and Correspondence: Assist in managing communication, including emails, phone calls, and postal correspondence.
∎ Draft and proofread official letters, memos, and reports in both Bangla and English.
∎ 4. Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule meetings and appointments for the complex's management team.
∎ Coordinate with various departments for scheduling events and activities.
∎ 5. Visitor Management: Welcome and assist visitors and guests to the complex.
∎ Ensure a professional and courteous reception experience.
∎ 6. Vendor and Supplier Relations: Communicate with vendors and suppliers for procurement needs.
∎ Monitor and verify invoices and payments.
∎ 7. Administrative Support: Provide support for the administrative team in day-to-day tasks.
∎ Assist in organizing and executing administrative projects.
∎ 8. Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain data and records related to administrative functions.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel.
∎ 9. Language Proficiency: Type and document official information accurately in both Bangla and English.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 14 years
∎ A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role.
∎ Proficiency in Bangla drafting and typing in mandatory.
∎ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
∎ Attributes: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
∎ Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
