Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate has to be the expert in Land law and Government rules and regulations to deal with property and land related issues of the organization.To maintain all kinds of land and other property documents. Issuing and updating all the licenses of organization. Land mapping of the organization and maintaining wage records. To establish and maintain effective working relationship with government body, local agents, land office and other government and non-government organizations as per requirement. Keeping up to date of all Land related documents. Coordinate all land purchase related issues of the organization including negotiation, document verifications, registrations etc. (pre purchase activities to post purchase activities).
