Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare documents for Bond Licensing, Customs Auditing, and other related issues with Customs bonds.
∎ Able to prepare 10–12 documents for UD from BGMEA.
∎ Able to calculate fabric consumption for UD.
∎ Prepare documents to pass UP from customs bond.
∎ To maintain in-bond and ex-bond registers with custom.
∎ Prepare and ensure required documentation for Bond License/Audit for renewal.
∎ Prepare custom book entries as per UD consumption.
∎ Include all machinery and new raw materials whenever imported.
∎ Prepare PRC for Bank to Customs Bond Audit.
∎ Prepare yearly import/export customs statements for bond audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ 2-3 years of practical experience in commercial department related to custom bond licensing issues.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ The applicants should have experience in commercial and custom bonding.
∎ Computer skills in MS Office, MS Excel, and Windows OS, PDF, e-mail, and internet browsing.
∎ Self - motivated, confident, proactive and target oriented.
