Distribution management, sales and Distribution, Sales Management and Distribution
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Mobile Accessories, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate everyday available stock with color ratio, and collect order from sales team/dealer, verify and process the order in SAP by following deadline.
∎ Monthly distributor performance report of the assigned territory.
∎ Daily sales and payment collection report submission to management at EOD.
∎ Daily product allocation and communication with sales team for next day.
∎ Prepare and share allocation vs. lifting variance report to sales Team.
∎ Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales performance report of the assigned territory.
∎ Target and achievement status report to sales team and dealers
∎ Communicate with warehouse to ensure timely product delivery to dealer.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Analytical and reporting skill
∎ Must be proficient with Microsoft Office specially with MS Excel & Powerpoint
∎ Communication, negotiation, problem-solving skill &Team player
∎ Ability to handle extreme pressure and stress, as well as ready to work for extended hours
∎ Quick learner, disciplined and well-mannered
Salary: Negotiable
