Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Management of Provident Fund & Gratuity Fund
∎ Responsible archiving all necessary documents in e-nothi system
∎ Update information in HRIS for both regular & outsourced employees
∎ Ensure compliance related to HR Operations and mitigate risk
∎ To assist in implementation of HRIS system
∎ Generate various reports related to HR
∎ Remain aware of Compensation and HR operations related issues and carryout jobs in absence of designated person
∎ Any other job as assigned by Supervisor/ Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good Interpersonal Skills.
∎ Good Communication Skills.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office package & HRIS.
∎ Excellent Written and Oral communication Skill (both English & Bangla).
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Team Work.
