Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in HRM.
∎ Minimum Graduation/Post Graduation from any Reputed University, Major in HRM/Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and maintain personnel records.
∎ Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (AOD, leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
∎ Prepare monthly salary sheet.
∎ Preparing HR Documents and updating HR databases.
∎ Draft all kinds of Official letters regarding disciplinary actions & disciplinary measures as per law and existing policies of the Company in collaboration with management.
∎ Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees. Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
∎ Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions and final settlement packages with staff and representatives.
∎ Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
∎ Arrange for online job posting & advertising, pre recruitment process, sorting CV etc. as per approved manpower plan.
∎ Collect documents, reference checks on possible candidates.
∎ Provide assistance when conducting staff probation assessment, staff performance evaluations, goal setting etc.
∎ Assist for Identify training and development opportunities, organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
∎ Determine training needs and requirements for employee or group and arrange both technical and soft skill training programmers as per requirements.
∎ Assist to prepare & update necessary HR Policies & Procedures.
∎ Assist communication and correspondence on employees' enquiries & grievances.
∎ Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Director Office & internal departments. Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Directors, including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointment, composing & preparing correspondence (e.g., Email draft, prepare presentations), arranging complex & detailed plans, itineraries & agendas & compiling documents for related meetings.
∎ Arranging all meetings of directors and chairman, preparing meeting rooms, making meeting time, place and all other arrangements.
∎ Plans coordinates & ensures the Director's instruction/schedule is followed & respected. Track daily task, expenses & prepare weekly, monthly & quarterly reports.
∎ Organize & maintain the office filing system.
∎ Liaise with govt. regulatory bodies as required to ensure the facility be legally compliant.
∎ Drive safety awareness, provide basic understanding of health and safety standards in compliance with safety measures to all employees.
∎ Establish a strong firefighting system to resist or survive in critical situation and organize frequent fire drill to increase awareness among employees.
∎ Implement and follow-up compliance requirements in the facility, and to keep proper record of them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply Minimum 03 years' experience in HR & Admin.
∎ The applicants should have experience in area of General HR, Recruitment and selection, Training & Development and HR Database
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Problem solving and decision making capabilities.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.
