Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and update all employee information, files and documents, personal details
∎ HR operation using attendance payroll software (Kormee) system
∎ Prepare Job description & Job Specification of employees
∎ To assist in recruiting people
∎ Counseling of dissatisfied/outgoing employees, finding out the reasons responsible for and recommend management for appropriate steps for removal
∎ Performing other HR-related issues assigned by the management
∎ All administrative responsibilities should be done in correct manner as per company regulation
∎ Managing the recruitment process
∎ Check and maintain the office email and response it properly
∎ Maintaining files and confidential documents
∎ Answer employees' question and provide requested information
∎ Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Management as and when necessary
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Textile Industry will preferable
Salary: Negotiable
