Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in IPE/ Textile Engineering from BUET/KUET/SUST/BUTEX/BUFT/AUST/ any other reputed university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare layout for planned style with planned SME
∎ Practice Motion economy based on GSD
∎ Proper knowledge about SMV
∎ Practice ECRS for continuous improvement
∎ Time study to ensure proper balancing of workload as well as planned capacity
∎ Quick Change-over to achieve SMED
∎ Skill inventory, Upskilling & Multiskilling
∎ Set measurable improvement target & lead production team to achieve it
∎ Generation of an innovative idea to challenge the status quo
∎ Statistical process control
∎ Optimization of resources
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace.
∎ Ensure good housekeeping.
∎ Any other works assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 26 years
∎ Minimum 2 years' working experience in a Denim Manufacturer unit/Buying house(preferable in Cutting & Finishing Section)
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office package
∎ Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be a team player.
∎ The applicant should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.
∎ Must be fluent at English (Reading, writing, and speaking).
Salary: Negotiable
