Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/BSC in Computer Science & Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solid knowledge on LAN, MAN, WAN, cabling, subnetting, IP networking.
∎ Support PC hardware components, desktop/laptop operating system software and application software.
∎ Network printer configuration, installation, troubleshooting, servicing.
∎ CCTV camera configuration, cabling, maintenance & ensure video surveillance system operation.
∎ Operating system (Windows, Mac, Windows Server), general & special software installation & troubleshooting.
∎ Email system administration & troubleshooting. Mail client configuration, outlook, mobile app, email backup etc.
∎ Performs minor repair to equipment and arrange for other servicing need.
∎ Monitor antivirus software and updates and repair computers infected with spyware, adware and/or viruses.
∎ Configure & monitor data backup systems and procedures to ensure data security.
∎ Record activities, solutions, and other responses to request for service.
∎ Provide backup technical support for network including router, firewall and wireless access point.
∎ Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 03 years' experience in IT Sector.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area of ICT.
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Problem solving and decision making capabilities.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of ICT Management.
Salary: Negotiable
