∎ Diploma / BSC in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Procurement and Logistics, SCM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare purchase Orders/ Work Orders, Follow-up delivery, and maintain smooth supply
∎ Ensure checking of the price of the procedure products by visiting the market frequently and preparing a comparative statement
∎ Analyzing the market & competitors to implement an effective strategy.
∎ Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors
∎ Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
∎ Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
∎ Keep records of received samples from the project.
∎ Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
∎ Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
∎ Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
∎ To maintain liaison with the others department in connection with the requisition, and supply of goods in time.
∎ Sound knowledge of electrical & mechanical apparatus, measurements, and technical specifications.
∎ Prepare monthly/periodical reports on previous purchases.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in MS Office is a must. (Especially in MS Excel)
∎ Strong communication & negotiation skills.
∎ Sufficient knowledge of the market price of the relevant products is essential.
∎ Must be hard working and have the mentality to work at the field level
∎ Experience in SCM and Procurement will be preferred.
Salary: Negotiable
