Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Bachelor's degree in public relations, communication, journalism, or relevant fields.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
At least 1 to 3 years of Proven experience in public relations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Do research and invent new way of PR.
∎ Responsible for developing, Implementing and evaluating company's communication strategy while also protecting the company's reputation.
∎ Ensure that our PR efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals.
∎ Organize PR events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company's spokesperson
∎ Planning and implementing public relations strategies.
∎ Promoting and maintaining the public's perception of our brand through media coverage and sponsorship opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management, Managing and preventing reputational risk to our brand.
∎ Developing relationships with internal and external consumer, community, media, employee, and public interest groups.
∎ Producing and presenting reports on all public relations activities.
∎ Organize PR events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company's spokesperson, Speaking on behalf of the company and press conferences.
∎ Track media coverage and follow industry trends.
∎ Prepare and submit PR reports, Manage PR issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Candidate should be presentable.
∎ Applicants must have good English efficiency.
∎ Applicants must have good knowledge in M.S Office.
∎ Creative and critical thinker and problem solver.
∎ Ability to build and develop relationships with key individuals within and outside of the organization.
∎ Strong leadership and management skills.
∎ Extensive knowledge of social and digital media platforms, such as Facebook, tiktok, Instagram, linkedIn, youtube and other social media platforms.
∎ Outstanding communication skills and confidence to do public speaking.
∎ Ability to conduct research and communication audits.
∎ Attention to detail.
Salary: Negotiable
