Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline
∎ Diploma in Mechanical or Power (Preferred).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective prices, contracts and deals with the vendors/suppliers.
∎ Managing purchase of parts, equipment, materials, and services that comply with factory specifications and requirements.
∎ Co-ordinating between suppliers and internal departments teams to ensure specifications.
∎ Responsible to source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, prices, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers and/or vendors.
∎ Sourcing new suppliers, monitor vendor performance and quality, meet specific technical specification and maintain a current database of vendor information.
∎ Evaluating technical data and coordinate with various vendors to quote and supply products according to specifications. Develop and maintain professional relationships with all vendors to design optimal pricing for all products.
∎ Comparing and evaluating offers of suppliers/vendors' price for gaining maximum ROI.
∎ Taking purchase orders from the store dept. and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Reviewing quality of purchased products and purchase accordingly.
∎ Maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information, invoices and other documents.
∎ Preparing reports on purchases, including cost analyses if required.
∎ Coordinating with the staff of Store dept. to ensure proper storage.
∎ Staying up-to-date with the latest market and industry trends.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate with experience in purchasing of engineering or equipment/machinery parts would have advantage.
∎ Good interpersonal skill (Stress Management, Conflict Handling etc.).
∎ Must be self driven and possess good work ethics.
∎ Must be a good team member.
∎ Must be persuasive and ready to do a lot of legwork.
∎ Skilled in MS Office Suite.
∎ Problem solving skills.
∎ Good at negotiation skills.
∎ Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices.

Salary: Negotiable
