Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Primary selection.
∎ CV sorting, Call for interview, attendance sheet, rating sheet & coordinate during the interview.
∎ To be maintained all personal files of Vessel crews, attendance, leave matters, evaluation and promotion of all personnel of the organization.
∎ Execute local administration, including local office facilities and provide administrative and logistics support as per procedures, policies and management guidelines.
∎ Maintain standard work schedules, attendance, vacation, overtime etc. for all lighter vessel crews.
∎ Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
∎ Maintain proper liaison among corporate and local teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Possess a high level of initiative, confidentiality, and integrity.
∎ Must have pro-active capability to resolve issues on a timely manner.
∎ Must be organized and self-motivated.
