∎ Skills Required: Real Estate Development

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, Computer skill, MS Office, Technical operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expert in checking Bills of building construction (Slab area measurement & item wise.)
∎ Check and verify the all-suppliers bill
∎ Check all transaction like payment, purchase, & Journal voucher.
∎ Capable to find out discrepancy and report to Head of Internal Auditor.
∎ Prepare audit report, ad-hoc basis audit report.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Medical allowance
