∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from a public university.
∎ Incumbent from BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET, MIST, IUT will be given preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
After Sales Service, customer care management, Customer Handling Problem solving, Service/ support, Technical Service, Training and Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Multinational Companies, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer, Motor Workshop, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare model/ aggregate/ topic wise presentation for training
∎ Maintain training utilities/ aids up to the standard
∎ Prepare handout for training courses and conduct training accordingly
∎ Prepare training program as per client’s requirement
∎ Prepare training calendar
∎ Supervise and maintain safety and cleanliness
∎ Design and produce certificates for participants where necessary
∎ Prepare monthly report on training in consultation with Technical Head
∎ Maintain record of training feedback for future reference
∎ Assess requirements of stationary items and prepare demand list accordingly
∎ Prepare activity data, day to day updating and report to superiors for analysis
∎ Prepare presentation and arrange to take photographs of training activities for monthly report
∎ Conducting theoretical and practical training classes
∎ Maintain record of manuals and technical booklets etc. for reference
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are encourage to apply.
∎ Good Oral and Written Communication Skill.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Computer literacy is must especially on MS Office Package.
∎ Good analytical ability.
∎ Good Physical Fitness is required to travel all over the Country.
