∎ BBA & MBA major in HRM from any reputed University.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Labor Law.
∎ Skills Required: Communication skills, Payroll Processing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per company policy.
∎ Conduct employee orientation program.
∎ Complete the payroll Process through Payroll software.
∎ To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as updated.
∎ Conduct resigned employee's departure formalities such as Exit Interview, Acceptance of resignation, Clearance etc.
∎ Prepare and update job description for all positions held within the organization.
∎ Interpretation of HR policies, practices and procedures.
∎ Prepare various notes, office orders, and memos in respect of HR operations.
∎ Handling discipline of employees in accordance with labor law and company policy.
∎ Day-to-day general administrative activities: prepare attendance report, leave report etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ At least 2 years' experience in HR and Administration.
∎ Candidates must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
∎ Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations.
∎ Good typing skills in both English & Bangla.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
