∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,North South University,Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data (related to cost, market trend, capacity, planning, supply chain) Analysis, Market Research, Analyzing Business Trend, Preparing Report, and Presenting Ideas in Public Forum.
∎ Supporting the Senior Management in all tasks related to business strategic development.
∎ Conduct Market Research as a part of forming business strategies. This often involves coming up with the strategy behind the data being collected, the collection method, and factors being analyzed.
∎ Analyze Industry Trends, staying up-to-the-minute on the latest industry trends to know which strategies resonate with customers in their niche.
∎ Actively participate in various project completion.
∎ Implement digitalization such as the 3W portal and Admin activation and making it user friendly within the department.
∎ Prepare business reports based on apparel industry
∎ PowerPoints based on brand wise business strategic documents and strategies for clients from different fashion retailing brands
∎ Implementing into the strategic business perspective in all channels of marketing and merchandising.
∎ Conducting the marketing meeting, inventory meeting, development tracker meeting and various other meetings and assigning the 3Ws along with the follow up of the activity trackers.
∎ Preparing One Pagers for brand wise meetings and summaries the business update.
∎ Prepare reports for various brands and understanding of their value in the market.
∎ Interacting with the foreign customers during the leadership customer visits and follow up on the business meetings and circulate it among the stakeholders for the understanding of the effectiveness of the meetings.
∎ Working with cross departments such as Business Finance, CoE, Supply Chain etc. depending on the CKO’s requirements.
∎ Calculating the KPI calculations and circulating among the leadership.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 29 years
∎ 2 years+ of experience in any industry.
∎ Candidate must visit factory frequently.
∎ Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills is mandatory.
∎ Self-motivated person with great networking skills.
