Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline with certification in SCM
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining communication with supplier, customer and sales people to fulfill indent orders.
∎ Checking and Following-up LC, shipment, shipping documents and keep customer updated.
∎ Maintaining record of indent commission.
∎ Communicating with supplier to get commission amount and to credit to bank account.
∎ Monthly reconciliation of commission statement.
∎ Maintaining Indent Order file and commission record.
∎ Procurement: Import order execution.
∎ Other Supply Chain related works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have experience in the relevant field.
∎ Must have good English proficiency.
∎ Must be well conversant in scrutinizing the Export/Import L/C terms & conditions.
∎ Should be courageous, proactive, intelligent, vigilant and self driven.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
∎ Team player and able to coordinate with other departments.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ (Depending on the candidate`s capabilities, knowledge and experiences.)
