Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Tourism, Travel Agency, Travel management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research various destinations in cox’s Bazar and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
∎ Diagnose the clients’ specifications and suggest suitable travel packages or services
∎ Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and securing rental transportation etc.
∎ Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc.)
∎ dealing with customer queries and complaints
∎ Collect deposits and balances from guests.
∎ Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary
∎ Confirm guests Air Ticket or Bus ticket for in-house guest
∎ Water park Ticket Management for in-house guest
∎ Water Park regular shuttle management
∎ Day Tour Management for in-house guest
∎ Maintain & promote Helicopter Joy Ride Ticket Management
∎ Cooperation with other department for day to day operation.
∎ Ensure clean shit financial management with all type of transaction with the resort accounts team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional level of English is required
∎ Dynamic, motivate, energetic and pro – active
∎ Ability to integrate the future into decision-making process.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
