∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel aspirations, preferences, and budget constraints. Provide expert advice and recommend suitable destinations, itineraries, and travel packages to meet their needs.
∎ Itinerary Planning: Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, considering factors such as destination attractions, accommodation options, transportation, and budgetary constraints.
∎ Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments. Provide comprehensive information about various travel products, including tours, packages, accommodations, and transportation options.
∎ Booking Coordination: Coordinate booking arrangements for flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Ensure all bookings are made accurately, efficiently, and in adherence to client preferences and budgetary constraints.
∎ Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously.
∎ Sales and Revenue Generation: Actively promote travel products and services to maximize sales and revenue opportunities. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance the overall travel experience and increase profitability.
∎ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, travel bookings, payments, and other relevant information. Ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
∎ Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and vendors to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel plans and exceptional customer satisfaction.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance the quality of service delivery. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously refine and enhance the travel counseling process.
