∎ Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the glass Industry, building material supplier, or high-tech Electronics Company.
∎ Knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
∎ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate factory activities to meet production goals and deadlines.
∎ Lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
∎ Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
∎ Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
∎ Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of raw materials and supplies.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to optimize production workflows and resolve issues.
∎ Prepare reports and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
