Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
∎ Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
∎ Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
∎ Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for upper management.
∎ Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
∎ Develop and maintain a filing system.
∎ Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
∎ Manage Bills, Accounts and Banking Correspondence.
