Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research advertising trends
∎ Research competitors' pricing and products
∎ Decide on appropriate placement of ads
∎ Determine what content will reach customers
∎ Develop projects to create content
∎ Publish digital marketing content online
∎ Implement email marketing campaigns
∎ Measure digital traffic
∎ Monitor social media and Google Analytics
∎ Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
∎ Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
∎ Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
∎ Monitor project status and budget
∎ Conduct market research to inform campaigns
∎ Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests
∎ Creating content which will catch maximum customer interest
∎ Writing and reviewing content for websites, social media pages and public communications
∎ Optimize Search Engine Optimization driven content and increase the site traffic
∎ Collaborating with the content and marketing team to decide the brand taglines, logo and other promotional material
∎ Measuring and monitoring company website and social media traffic statistics
∎ Monitor the increase in traffic due to new content and take actions accordingly to improve the traffic metrics
∎ Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels
∎ Ensure that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws
∎ Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans
∎ Identify customers' needs in relation to the company and write content to cater those needs
∎ Update the website, social media and content pages periodically
∎ Conducting research on the key SEO terms and incorporating them into the content to achieve maximum viewership
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fluency with tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Excel, SEMRush, MOZ, and Google Search Console
∎ Analytics know-how to evaluate campaign results and make strategic decisions for what keywords to attempt to rank for (and the content to accomplish this)
∎ Excellent communication capabilities for acquiring backlinks from other high-quality websites, collaborating with the rest of the marketing team, converting data into insights to demonstrate how SEO efforts have contributed to business KPIs, and explaining to stakeholders the reasoning behind your efforts
∎ Reporting and presentation skills
∎ Meticulous organizational skills to manage all moving parts of different SEO eff
Salary:
∎ Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable
