Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1) Attend all queries from clients on dispute issues and ensure they are resolved promptly
∎ 2) Ensure all claims logged on dispute resolutions systems are promptly attended to, to guide against financial loss to the company
∎ 3) Maintain customer service standards to retain customer base by ensuring service provided is appropriate and taking prompt action to rectify problems / queries
∎ 4) Analyze and ensure continuous update of dispute management/ chargeback process and procedures
∎ 5) Monitor & control the purchase of talk time from MONs and EC balance for smooth customer acquisition
∎ 6) Collect, compile and prepare reports for accurately and time submission to central bank
∎ 7) Compile report on dispute and fraud management for accurately and time submission to central bank
∎ 8) Coordinate within the organization and outside organization to enhance Business Performance.
