Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from any recognized Institution with overall good academic track record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Concrete Block, paper industries, Ready Mix Concrete
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Paper
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, direct and run best day-to-day operations to set organizational goals.
∎ ensure alignment of people, process and technology and consistent working towards its synchronization and optimization for effective and profitable working of the company.
∎ You will be responsible also in establishing and guiding the whole team for project execution and ensuring that the team decisions have the tools and information they need to make timely and profitable decision.
∎ Responsible for all manufacturing activities, effective coordination, synchronization
∎ and value chain management of all departments like Production, Operations,Technical, Maintenance, Finance, HR & Admin and store.
∎ Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and timely delivery of products.
∎ To ensure and fulfill the logistic supervision.
∎ You will also be responsible in identifying wastages, ensuring effective operation management, managing major cost drivers, stock availability, production planning, labour issues, assessment of work processes, people and technology.
∎ Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction (if required)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ 15 year(s) for BSc Engineer or 20 year(s) for Diploma Engineer
∎ Working experience in Concrete Block or Ready Mix Concrete will be highly preferred.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Concrete Block, Ready-Mix Concrete ,Paper, etc..
∎ Candidates must have Clear technical knowledge of the plants working, maintaining figures and variances in maintenance, cost control and production output optimization.
∎ Candidates must have strong leadership and be able to get excellent performance from their support staff.
∎ Candidates must possess good administrative, public relations and management skills to enhance overall operations.
∎ Should have Good computer skills over Word, Excel & Power Point
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
