Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering (Electrical).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage preventive maintenance and monitor machinery condition to ensure uninterrupted production.
∎ Perform repair or general maintenance work on structures such as hatchers and setters.
∎ Monitor overhauling of generator, PFI (Power Factor Improvement), chiller, air compressor and other hatchery equipments. Conduct the troubleshooting of machineries as required.
∎ Evaluate and implement standard operating procedure to reduce break down time.
∎ Provide on time requisition with accurate product specification to ensure availability of spare parts.
∎ Ensure safety of men, materials and machines during maintenance work by following all safety policies
∎ Provide periodical safety counseling and awareness training to all staff of hatchery to reduce loss time accident (LTA).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates must be willing to work in remote locations, particularly in rural areas.
∎ Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Working knowledge of mechanical systems.
∎ Ability to plan and organize maintenance schedule.
