∎ Minimum MBA (Major in Marketing)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set performance objectives of Direct Sales Unit and continuously monitor progress and development towards the objectives.
∎ Carry out the day-to-day operations of the Direct Sales Unit with proper guidelines and motivation to earn expected results.
∎ Supervise all directly-owned sales channels and ensure consistent and efficient operations in order to improve customer experience at each direct sales point.
∎ Conduct training on direct selling techniques in conjunction with Marketing and Training with HR in order to optimize sales force effectiveness.
∎ Develop and implement Direct Sales policies and procedures in order to ensure high-quality service.
∎ Identify strategic customer insights through market research and collaboration with tiles market analytics, field sales force and translate into actionable strategies.
∎ Facilitate direct sales tools development initiatives in order to improve sales effectiveness and to strengthen sales methodologies and processes.
∎ Work closely with the Director Sales and Marketing in developing Corporate Sales Strategies, Sales Forecasting, and setting yearly KPIs.
∎ Contribute to the development and ensure implementation of retail and direct distribution channels strategy.
∎ Identify and highlight operational and performance problems and provide support on how to fix them and ensure proper follow up on the implementation of the solutions.
∎ In addition to their managerial responsibilities, Corporate Sales Managers must visit company's most important accounts on a regular basis.
∎ Provide logistical follow-up support for direct sales across the country.
∎ Analyze tiles markets of agent sales, corporate level, industrial, government projects, private development projects and plan for Direct Sales across the country.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 to 15+ years practical experience in direct sales of building materials.
∎ Retired Army official (Minimum Major Equivalent) with above experience will get preference.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ An enthusiastic leader with the ability to inspire others.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on MS Application.
∎ Ability to think and act strategically.
∎ Strong verbal and written communications skills.
∎ Work well under pressure and able to work long hours if required.
∎ Strong customer service skills.
∎ Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.

Salary: Negotiable
