Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum MBA in marketing from any reputed university (MBA any Public University/ NSU/ Brac University/ AIUB will be given Preference).
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Management Trainee for our Tiles Marketing & Sales Department.
∎ To implant a fresh and enthusiastic outlook in to the work environment of the organization initiated the Management Trainee (MT) program. To facilitate a future pool of business leaders, we identify talents most suited to the program from prominent Institution/University across the country. The selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of 6 months under the concerned department. After successful completion of probationary period, he will have prevailed a revised compensation package and position.
∎ Our management trainee program attracts, recruits, develops and engages talented graduates for critical leadership positions in our future business. We focus on fast-track, structured development, looking to sustain high levels of performance and maximize potential.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Efficiently handling all the marketing & sales related activities.
∎ Develop and lead new optimization strategies.
∎ Develop business processes and prepare SOP's.
∎ Setting up of effective online marketing presence.
∎ Ensure that the marketing team understands the brand equity, sales target and equip them with updated knowledge.
∎ Develop, manage and execute department budget and monthly goals.
∎ Managing Trade Shows, One to One meeting with real-estate developers, architects, contractors, and homeowners.
∎ Perform any other duties as and when requested by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Hardworking mentality and capable to accept the challenges.
∎ Leadership competencies.
∎ Proactive and creative.
∎ Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.
∎ Computer Literacy is must especially in office package.
Salary: Negotiable
