∎ B. Sc Engineering in Textile
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide leadership in the Dyeing and Finishing unit.
∎ Update or formulate SOP in the production process.
∎ Established good practice in the Dyeing & Finishing unit so that everyone believes in the Right First Time theory.
∎ Co-ordinate works of various sections of dyeing & finishing.
∎ To ensure delivery in time by cross checking of planning and implementation in all stages through follow up.
∎ To ensure the working environment from top to bottom according to the chain of command in the factory.
∎ To established R&D for production and simple section by discovering the latent potentialities of manpower.
∎ To calculate the KPI and continuous follow up.
∎ To reduce the wastage by creating awareness in the floor.
∎ To ensure the establishment of quality policy.
∎ Abide by all rules & regulation of company.ds
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Experience in Large Composite Knit Factory.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Knowledge on organizational culture change management, diversity, inclusion gender sensitivity.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
∎ Computer literacy - MS Office, Emailing.
