∎ Strong knowledge of computer and MS Office processing applications.
∎ Software & Tech Company.
∎ Minimum 7 years experience in any reputable group of Industries/Companies or renowned multinational company.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead resource planning, recruitment, development, and retention of key talents within the function to deliver business strategy and results in line with the Organization's growth culture.
∎ Devise and enforce changes to HR and organizational policies by regularly monitoring and implementing industry trends.
∎ Provide reports on all areas of HR, Payroll, and Learning and Development, including applying Labour Law, best practices, and workforce development.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
∎ To lead performance evaluations, employee relations, succession plans, compensation, and departmental organization.
∎ To monitor training/ awareness regularly.
∎ To implement KPI-based performance management systems.
∎ To ensure Partnership with Polytechnic Institute, University & different Training Institute by MoU signing.
∎ Regularly coach, mentor, and support senior and high-potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs, develop and maintain effective relationships, and encourage retention
