Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Chemistry/ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (Wet Process is preferable)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible on qualitative testing and Purity testing of Textile Auxiliaries, dyes, Chemicals and salts.
∎ Responsible for the selection of dyeing/chemical combinations to reach the optimum productivity in lab dyeing & bulk dyeing.
∎ Lead and provide adequate guideline to laboratory teams successfully.
∎ Measure the standard swatch in the spectrometer and take correct recipe prediction with proper ti-chromatic dyes combination.
∎ Keep the record of the Testing Reports as per the requirements.
∎ Overall responsible for the Testing Laboratory of the Company.
∎ Ensure Colorfastness, Physical and Chemical Testing as per the requirements.
∎ Expert in Moisture Management System.
∎ Making program, sample checking and color measurement.
∎ Analyze lab data, consumption of raw materials and quality control measures.
∎ Take approval of color Shade band.
∎ Monitoring Lab deep preparation and recipe formation for Dyeing and washing in Spectrophotometer.
∎ Ensure pantone color system as well as Shade development system
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Minimum 15 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Deep knowledge at Textile manufacturing systems.
∎ Extensive knowledge of ISO17025, QMS and international testing standards.
∎ Able to Establish a Laboratory as per ISO-17025/ Buyer requirements.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good experience in Establishing & Managing laboratory activities.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Have knowledge on MS Excel, MS Word etc.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Knowledge on organizational culture change management, diversity, inclusion gender sensitivity.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
