Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Marketing to join our dynamic FMCG business as the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and boost product sales. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the FMCG market and the ability to lead a team to achieve ambitious marketing goals.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ # Marketing Strategy and Planning
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and growth targets.
∎ Conduct in-depth market research to identify consumer insights, trends, and competitor analysis.
∎ Create detailed marketing plans for new product launches and existing product campaigns.
∎ # Brand Management
∎ Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels.
∎ Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold the brand identity and integrity.
∎ Monitor brand perception and take proactive steps to enhance brand reputation.
∎ # Advertising and Promotions:
∎ Oversee the creation and execution of impactful advertising campaigns across various media channels (TV, print, radio, digital, etc).
∎ Plan and coordinate promotional activities, sales promotions, and trade shows.
∎ Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to develop compelling marketing materials.
∎ # Digital Marketing and E-commerce:
∎ Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
∎ Drive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer experience.
∎ Analyze digital marketing metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
∎ # Sales Support:
∎ Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and develop marketing collateral and tools to support their efforts.
∎ Provide sales training and product knowledge resources to enhance the sales team's effectiveness.
∎ # Budget Management:
∎ Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to various marketing activities based on their potential impact and ROI.
∎ Monitor spending and ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
∎ # Performance Analysis and Reporting:
∎ Analyze marketing campaign performance and present data-driven insights to the leadership team.
∎ Prepare regular marketing reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing in FMCG industry.
∎ Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.

∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
