Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / MSS with Major in HRM.
∎ PGD in HR highly preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To coordinate & monitor manpower requirement as per approved manpower plan and subsequent recruitment, selection and placement.
∎ Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directions to meet the needs of the growing organization, if required.
∎ To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ To monitor that all HR related data, records, reports, formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per company's HR policies and procedures.
∎ Ensuring 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules (Srom Bidhimala).
∎ Ensuring the factory is always prepared/ready from HR perspective for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, technical/Quality Assurance Audit & Security System Audit (CTPAT), FCCA, SCS, GSV etc.
∎ To maintain the employee's personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ Manage and handle workers grievance issues.
∎ Ensure standard operation of human resource department.
∎ Prepare reports on HR according managements needs.
∎ Manage recruitment process including CV sorting, interview arrangement and others
∎ Help in implementing HR policies and practices
∎ Organize, maintain & update employee personnel file, other HR documents & internal database in ERP system.
∎ Provide support to employee in various HR related issues, also resolve grievance and problem
∎ Liaise with Government officers/office and other relevant agencies/org. related to company's business
∎ Ensure healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment
∎ Prepare daily attendance and leave report using ERP system
∎ Assist in performance appraisal & probation assessment related tasks
∎ Prepare different types of official documents and report as per direction
∎ Assist to install and update required staff database in HR software; update the HR Personnel/Recruitment file.
∎ Assist overall administrative tasks which includes security management, vendor management, office vehicle management and also event management
∎ Assist department head in all administrative activates
∎ Perform other duties as per direction and when assigned by the HOHR or Management
∎ Organize time to time training program for sales team and also for management
∎ Knowledge about BNCC code
∎ Knowledge about compliance on Electrical and Fire Safety issues.

∎ Conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT) & E-mail communication.
