Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 50 years
∎ CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent teaching certification.
∎ Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in teaching IELTS preparation courses.
∎ Proven track record of helping students in Bangladesh achieve high scores on the IELTS exam.
∎ Strong understanding of the IELTS test format, scoring criteria, and challenges faced by Bangladeshi test-takers.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity.
∎ Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to the diverse learning styles of students in Bangladesh.Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct IELTS preparation classes for students, emphasizing the development of listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
∎ Tailor lesson plans to meet the specific needs of students in Bangladesh, considering linguistic nuances and cultural contexts.
∎ Assess students' language proficiency levels and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
∎ Stay updated on IELTS examination trends, changes, and best practices relevant to Bangladeshi test-takers.
∎ Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates students to excel in their IELTS exams.
∎ Monitor and track students' progress, maintaining open communication to address concerns and celebrate achievements.
∎ Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
